Since first chapter published in March 2018Jujutsu Kaisen quickly became extremely popular, so much so that many consider it the best new-generation shonen manga.
Gege Akutami’s work, published in Shonen Jump magazine, has also been adapted into the by the prestigious studio Mappa since 2020.
And despite controversies about the frenetic pace imposed on the animators, season 2, broadcast on Crunchyroll since July 2023, has been a resounding success.
Jujutsu Kaisen: the best manga of the new generation?
This manga tells us the story of young Yuji Itadori who joins the Occult Club to have fun, but discovers that the members are real exorcists capable of manipulating the energy between beings.
He hears of a cursed talisman, the finger of the demon Sukunaand soon finds himself possessed by this entity, who leads him on an incredible adventure…

The author has found thebalance between the supernatural, action, humor and suspense. What’s more, themes such as friendship, sacrifice and personal demons resonate with audiences the world over.
A live version imagined by IA Stable Diffusion
Sooner or later no doubt that Jujutsu Kaisen will be adapted into a live-action serieslike One Piece on Netflix or, more recently, YuYu Hakusho.
While waiting for this version to see the light of day, a fan decided touse AI to imagine season 2 with actors in the flesh. Previously, the manga Attack of the Titans had received the same treatment.

Once again, the result is breathtaking and the spirit of the anime has been perfectly transcribed. Despite their realistic appearance, the characters exude the same aura as in their comic version. Special mention to Satoru Gojo and Mahito.
